Cancellation Policy

Pickup Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

By booking a pickup, you agree to the following terms:

All pickups are non-transferable.

Pickups are tied to the original customer and location and may not be transferred to another person or address.

All cancellations are final and non-refundable.

Once a pickup is canceled, it is forfeited permanently and no refund will be issued.

Each pickup may be rescheduled one (1) time only.

Customers may reschedule their pickup a single time prior to cancellation.

If a pickup has already been rescheduled, no additional reschedules are permitted.

Any cancellation after a reschedule will result in permanent forfeiture of the pickup.

Cancellation is irreversible.

Please ensure you want to cancel before proceeding, as canceled pickups cannot be reinstated.

We encourage customers to reschedule instead of canceling whenever possible, as this helps us optimize routes, reduce emissions, and keep materials in circulation.

Acknowledgment

I understand that pickups are non-transferable, cancellations are final and non-refundable, and that I am allowed only one reschedule.
