Who are we picking up from?

Sort your clothes for collection and pack them neatly into bags. Separate the deeply loved, and the lightly worn.

Schedule a date and time for your pickup through our Circularity portal.

On pickup day, place your items outside the door, leave it with your doorman, or wait for a knock.

Sorting, storage, transport—these services require space, labor & sustainability systems to work. Your investment keeps circularity running.
Your pickup supports local recycling systems. It’s more than convenience—it’s community impact.
The pickup fee helps cover the cost of sorting, storage, and responsible transport needed to ensure your textiles are properly reused, repurposed, or recycled — and it also helps fund our circularity programs that reduce waste, support local green jobs, and protect our community.
Spring 2026
All pickup purchases are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to reschedule your pickup at no additional cost.
Yes — you may reschedule anytime within 30 days of your original purchase.
Pickups can only be rescheduled twice.
Your purchase directly supports our mission to build a cleaner, more circular city. Each pickup helps:
• Reduce textile waste
• Keep clothing out of landfills
• Create green jobs for local workers
• Support community education and sustainability programs
Your contribution makes a real impact.
